At the end of each exercise the screen
will show which other exercise you

should proceed to next.
If you want to perform another exercise,
you can turn the rotary button (3) to see
which other exercises still have to be

performed. This is only possible,
however, if the exercise sequence is
'freely' adjustable in the EN-Track
software. By pressing the delete button
(2) an exercise that you do not wish to
5
perform will be deleted.
When all the exercises have been
performed, EN-Track will refer you to the
10
PC. (Fig. 19)
