The LifeChoice Activox 4L Control Panel allows for simple operation and clearly stated status and
alarm conditions for the patient. Additional features are available to the provider for maintenance and
technical support. This guide provides instruction for accessing these features.

BASIC UNIT INFORMATION

There are two patient-facing screens available on the Activox 4L model.
Serial Number: PF12345
Press and hold down the "OK" button
to display the Serial Number, Patient
Runtime and Software Version.

PROVIDER MODES

The Activox 4L model includes additional Provider Modes to enable device maintenance and technical
support. These modes are accessed by pressing unique combinations of buttons to prevent patients from
accidently entering the mode.
Maintenance Mode: This mode allows the provider to set, view and/or adjust the System Time Clock, Total
Run Time and Patient Run Time.
Auto Pulse Mode: This mode allows the provider to test the purity of the device.

MAINTENANCE MODE

To enter Maintenance Mode, press the "OK", left arrow "
on the Control Panel.
There will be five screens you can access using the right arrow "
following order: 1. Language Selection, 2. Run Time, 3. Set Time, 4. Clear Patient Run Time and 5. Exit.

1. Language Selection Screen

This screen allows you to choose the language you want displayed on your Activox 4L screen. The default
language is English. To continue in English, press the right arrow "
Screen.
To select a language other than English, press the minus "
you have found the language you want to use, press the right arrow "
Time Screen.
