Establishing square angles (fig. D1)
• Position the tool on the surface.
• Align the laser beams as necessary.
• The laser lines can be used as references to a square angle.
Squaring walls (fig. D2)
• Position the tool on the surface in front of the corner.
• Align the intersection point of the laser lines (8) with the corner.
• Proceed as described above.
Squaring wall cutouts and fixtures (fig. D3)
• Position the tool against the wall in one of the lower corners.
• Align the intersection point of the laser lines (8) with the corner.
• Level the tool as required.
• Proceed as described above.
Setting intermediate angles (fig. E)
The tool allows intermediate angles at 22.5°, 45° and 67.5°.
• Align the laser line of either one of the laser beams with the position
mark or reference point.
• Mark the intersection point of the laser lines (8).
• Mark the desired angle on the surface using the scale (4).
• Whilst keeping the intersection point over the marking (8), rotate the tool
until the laser line aligns with the angle marking as measured from the
scale.
Tool aids
Several aids have been supplied that might be helpful while operating the tool.
Target card (fig. F)
The target card locates and marks the laser beam as the beam crosses the
card, thus enhancing the visibility of the projected line.
