assistance button can be used, the assistance function has to be acti-
vated, phone numbers added to the number list and, the text message
edited with the information you want to send.
Make an assistance call
Press and hold the assistance button
three (3) times within 1 second. The assistance call begins after a
delay of 5 seconds. In this time you can prevent a possible false
alarm by pressing Cancel.
An assistance text message (SMS) can be sent to all recipients.
A positioning text message (SMS) can be sent to all recipients.
The first recipient in the list is dialled. If the call is not answered
within 25 seconds, the next number is dialled. Dialling is repeated 3
times or until the call is answered, or until Cancel is pressed.
Assistance button settings
You can select to use your Assistance button together with Connect &
Care, see Connect & Care, p.59. Below we describe how to set up the As-
sistance button.

From the Home screen, tap
My assistance button.
2.
Tap Configure.
Application
Set what application that should be linked with the assistance button.
Tap Configure to choose a different application for the assistance
button.
Note! Not all steps needs to be done, but at least Assistance button
configuration and one contact in the Assistance numbers list must be
set up to activate this feature.
Set the volume level for the assistance calls
Select the signal type for the assistance sequence.
Note! This sets the signal of your device, NOT the receiver's signal.
