This is useful to soften or melt soft food or confections such as butter, chocolate, and sugar.

1. Put food in the center of the turntable.
2. Press Soften/Melt.
3. Press the Soften/Melt button again or
the number buttons to select a specific
program.
4. Press START.
5. When the cycle is complete, the oven
beeps 4 times. Use oven gloves to take
out the food.
