General Information & Safety Instructions Battery Care To get the best out of the battery, fully charge and use until flat for the first 5-6 times. Then use until flat and fully charge at least once a month. Prolonged storage without charge may cause damage to the battery and result in poor to no charge. Power Charging The Camera Make sure the 900mAh battery has been inserted into the battery bay, with the pull tab accessible and the cover replaced. Attach the charge cable to the micro USB port on the camera and the other end to a 5V/1A USB port or mains adaptor. Charging will tale approximately 3 hours. If the camera is being charge via a non-data USB port (e.g. mains adaptor) the red LED will be lit until the battery is fully charged. If you are charging the camera while in use there will be a different icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to indicate that power is connected. Micro SD Card Card Requirements You cans use a microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC types of card providing they are class 10. The maximum size you can use with the camera is 32Gb. You will approximately have 60 minutes of recording at 4K/25fps, 120 minutes recording at 1080P/60fps or 240 minutes recording at 1080P/30fps. Installing A Micro SD Card Insert the micro SD card into the micro SD port on the camera until the card clicks into place.

Wi-Fi The app will search for available Wi-Fi connections. Look for and select “iCam-Maxtex”. The app will automatically start to connect to the camera. If the camera doesn’t automatically connect and requests a WEP code please input “1234567890” to connect the camera. Assembling Mounts Waterproof Housing Lower the rear door of the waterproof housing and insert the camera. Close and hook the catch over the rear lip of the door. Snap the catch into position by pushing forward over the housing to ensure a waterproof seal. Camera Frame Screw the camera frame mount to the brass screw mounts on the camera frame. Turn the locking screw to secure the placement. Raise the clip enough to slide the camera into position. Push the camera into the frame and check that the clip is over the front edge to keep the camera in the frame. Alternatively you can use the personal clip to mount the camera. Slide the personal clip on the back of the camera frame. Use the crocodile clip to mount the camera on clothing, straps or bags.
Assembling Mounts Tripod Mount You can connect either the housing or the frame to a tripod, monopod or even a selfie stick using the tripod mount supplied. 1 x Tripod Mount, 1 x Locking Screw, either camera mounts. Assembling Mounts Disc Mount The disc mounts have an adhesive back to enable it to be stuck to most surfaces. Alternatively you can use the tether through the side loop to secure the disc mount in to position. Slide either the large or small clips into position and push until they lock into place. To remove the clips pinch the ends of the clip and slide out of the disc mount. 1 x Disc Mount, 1 x Large/Small Clip, 1 x Locking Screw, either camera mounts. Please Note: It is adviable to attach the cable tether to the locking screw at the base of the camera and secure the other end to something other than the base.
