Part Names and Functions

• This product consists of a kettle and a power base.
The kettle will not function unless it is seated in the power base and the switch is turned ON.
• Dry-boiling the kettle (heating with no water) will cause the safety switch to function,
turning off the power.

How to Use

• Rinse well with warm water before first use or before using after long-term storage.
• Hot water may have an odor when the kettle is used for the first time. The odor will
dissapate after several uses. If the odor is bothersome, pour out the hot water for the first
two or three times.

. Open the lid. Put water into a separate
container and pour into the kettle.
Remove the kettle from the power base. Pour in only as much
water as you intend to use. (Do not fill above the fill line)
