Helpful Hints
Carving Blade:
The carving blades precisely slices through all types of meats: Turkey, ham, chicken, salami and roasts.
These blades can also slice cheeses as well as fruits and vegetables.
Bread Blade:
Delicately cuts thin, medium and large slices of bread without deforming the loaf.
For better results, let your food cool down for 15-30 minutes before slicing it.
