Before Using your BELLA Electric Knife

1. Carefully unpack the Bella Electric Knife and remove
all packaging materials. Check the contents to ensure
that all parts are present, and have been received in
good condition.
2. Wash the blades in soapy water. Rinse and dry
thoroughly. Slip the rivet at the tip of one blade
into the keyhole slot on the other and slide outwards
(Figure 2).

Operating Instructions

CAUTION: Make sure the knife is unplugged when
inserting or removing the blades.
1. With the knife still unplugged and the serrated edge
away from you, grip the blades by the non-slip tabs
and insert blades until you hear a "click".
2. Plug the knife to the electric outlet.
3. Position the food to be sliced on the cutting board.
4. Press the security button and slide the trigger towards
your with your fingers as you cut. Blades should go
down through the food. Do not saw the food as you
cut through the food. The blades are supposed to
go back and forth for cutting. (Figure 3.)
CAUTION: Never place your hand over the blade to
support it while operating the knife.
