Operation Kobold EB400 Automatic Electric Brush Are you using your Kobold VK200 Upright Vacuum Cleaner with the Kobold EB400 Automatic Electric Brush? Then this chapter is for you! Here you will learn everything about its basic functions and brush and suction on carpets and hard floors.
Page 29
Floor cleaning with the Kobold EB400 Automatic Electric Brush The Kobold EB400 Automatic Electric Brush not only vacuums up dust and dirt, but “combs” through the carpet at the same time with the rotating roller brush. This loosens dirt and cleans the deeper layers of the carpet.
Page 30
Operation CARPET MODE If the Automatic Electric Brush detects a carpet the suction nozzle moves down and the brush touches the carpet. The operating display light (Fig. 3.3) is lit continuously. HARD FLOOR MODE When the sensor detects hard floors, the supporting roller and the front brush strip with sealing lip are extended while the rear sealing lip swings by 90°.
Page 31
Caution! Risk of injury due to the rotating brush! • Always switch off the Kobold VK200 Upright Vacuum Cleaner with the main switch before changing the setting on the bottom of the Kobold EB400 Automatic Electric Brush.
