Differing contact materials (AL/CU) must not be worked
with the same cleaning tool. Thinly grease the bright
contact faces with acid-free Vaseline (e.g. Shell
Vaseline 8420) or equivalent anti-corrosion agent and
bolt them together immediately
Note:
Silver-plated parts must not be bolted together with
aluminium bars.
Use the appropriate M12 nuts and bolts of strength
class 8 and corresponding spring elements and plain
washers.
Note! When tightening the terminal screws, counteract
the torque (70Nm~7mkp) by resisting it with a suitable
spanner or socket wrench.

Control leads

Vacuum circuit-breaker of standard design are
provided with a 64-pole low-voltage plug connector X0
(68.7.1). The corresponding plug for external
connection is designed for crimp connection of control
leads with a nominal section area of 1.5mm
crimping tools (e.g. Amphenol crimp tongs TA 0500
with positioning sleeve TA 0000141 and TA 0007 146

).
Make reference to the circuit diagram supplied.

Earthing

Connect the vacuum circuit-breaker to the appropriate
high voltage protective earth by means of the suitable
marked M12 (70.)(see Fig.3/3) terminal on the top of
the mechanism housing (60.) using flat copper, copper
cable or hot galvanized steel strip (DIN VDE 0141/7.76
Item 5.3).
If the V-breaker with the mechanism housing are
installed in an earth metal rack so that firm electrical
contact is established, the mechanism housing need
not be earthed separately. When installing the switch
externally, toothed serrated washers (DIN 6789) must
then be placed under the bolt heads.

Circuit documents

The wiring and connection of circuit-breaker is shown
in the circuit diagram supplied, depending on the
particular model and complement.
Typical circuit diagram for circuit-breaker are shown in
Fig. 3/3 and 3/5.

. Use only
不同的连接导体 (铝/铜) 不允许用同样的清洁工具, 用
无酸凡士林 (如 Shell 凡士林 8420) 或同等的防腐剂薄薄
地涂抹于接触表面,然后立即用螺栓加以连接
注意:
镀银部件绝对不允许与铝排固定连接.
使用强度等级 8 级的 M12 螺栓和螺母以及适当的平垫圈,
弹簧垫圈.
注意! 当最终拧紧时, 须使用适当的扭矩扳手,扭矩为
70Nm~7mkp.
二次控制引线
标准型的断路器提供 64 针低压插座 X0 (68.7.1). 相应
用于外部连接的插头可连接截面积为 1.5mm
次控制引线, 在连接时应使用恰当的束线工具. (例如
Amphenol 束线钳 TA 0500 带有位置出套 TA0000141

接地
对于断路器高压接地保护可使用位于机构箱 (60.) 顶部
的带有接地标志的接地终端 M12 (70.)(见图.3/3) 可使用
扁平铜排, 铜芯电缆或经热度锌处理的钢条
(DIN VDE 0141/7.76 目录 5.3).
当真空断路器机构箱安装于接地金属支架时, 机构箱无
须再单独接地. 但连接时需采用带齿形的接地垫圈 ( DIN
6789).
二次线路图
断路器的二次线路接线见所提供的二次线路图, 根据特
殊型号及补充.
断路器的典型二次线路图参阅 图. 3/3 和 3/5.
