CONNECTING THE BATTERY

1.
Unscrew the screw for the battery compartment on the back of the transmitter and remove
the cover.
2.
Insert six 1.5 Volt AA batteries in the direction indicated by the symbols.
3.
Refit the battery compartment cover and fit the screw.

PREPARATION

The best place to fly is indoors, as the wind and sunlight can make the helicopter difficult to
manoeuvre or uncontrollable. The free space should be generous and free from other people,
animals or objects that can be damaged or cause an obstruction.
1.
Select one of the frequencies A, B or C on the transmitter. Check that nobody else nearby is
using the same frequency.
2.
Place the helicopter on a level surface and turn in a direction facing away from you.
3.
Turn the helicopter's power switch (7) to the "ON" position. The helicopter's front light should be lit.
4.
Turn the transmitter's power switch (10) to the ON position.
5.
Move the throttle (9) slowly as far forward as possible and then back to the lowermost
position when the transmitter's search indicator (8) flashes.
6.
When the transmitter's search indicator (8) is lit with a fixed light the connection is ready.

FLY AND MANOEUVRE

NOTE: The rear rotor spins only when flying forwards/backwards.
Upwards and downwards
Move the throttle (9) slowly forwards to get the helicopter to ascend and in the same way backwards
to for it to descend. Slow movements contribute towards controlled and calm flying.
Forwards and backwards
Move the right-hand joystick (11) forwards to lower the helicopter's nose and fly forwards and the
reverse to raise the nose and fly backwards.
Left and right
Allow the helicopter to fly on a straight course on the same level. Move the joystick (11) to the left to
turn left or to the right to turn right.
Calibrating the steering
The steering needs to be trimmed if the helicopter does not fly straight or begins to rotate. It is carried out
by turning the trimming knob (12) in the direction towards the rotation until the helicopter stops rotating.
