2. Touch "Start" to start the stopwatch, touch "Record" to record the current time,
and touch "Pause" touch "Pause" to stop the stopwatch.

2. Touch "Custom timer" and swipe up/down to set the countdown time.
3. Touch "Start" to start the countdown.
