It is forbidden to enter the danger area during work.     E500 Maintenance Changing the oil - technical personnel only The oil check screw, the vent screw and the drain plug (see fig. 14) and the surrounding areas must be kept clean in order to avoid the ingress of dirt into the gearbox interior. The gearbox oil must be exchanged after the first 25 hours of operation and after that eve- ry 100 hours of operation, or once per year, with the gearbox at operating temperature.

    E500 Appendix Appendix Lubricants / adhesives Use the specified lubricants for the gearbox, engine and hydraulic system (see ‘Technical data’). We recommend the use of anti-corrosion agents to conserve the machine and devices. Do not use for painted outer panels; anti-corrosion agents can be applied using a brush or a spray device. When applying adhesives (for the locking of screws) and sealing compounds, both adhesive and sealing surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
