Troubleshooting Air Purifier Will Not Turn On Remove the front cover, then reinstall. Make sure it is pushed firmly into place (especially at the top), to ensure it engages the switch inside. The LCD screen should quickly flash on and off when properly installed. -

90-Day Replacement Policy If any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your air purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then Surround Air will replace it with a new machine.
