Trouble-shooting
There are three possible problems:
1- Faulty light
Check that the contacts are clean
• Separate the motor compartment from
the pepper compartment.
• Clean the contacts on the pepper
compartment and the motor
compartment with a dry cloth as shown
in diagram .
• Replace the motor compartment on
the pepper compartment.
Ensure that a light bulb is fitted
• If one is fitted, it may not be making a
contact so replace it (see diagram ).
• If there is no light bulb or it is broken:
insert a new one as shown in diagram .
2- The motor is working but the mill
does not grind
• Check that the pepper compartment
contains sufficient pepper and nothing else.
• Press the on/off switch with the mill set
to coarse grind.
3- The motor is not working
Check the battery charge :
•Verify that the transformer is working:
once it is plugged in, its red indicator light
should be on.
• Verify that the mill is plugged in and the
connection hole is clean : its red indicator
light must be on.
If your mill still does not work, return it to
your retailer in its original packaging
together with the guarantee card that was
filled in when it was purchased.
