If using butter melt over cooked peas allow to cool slightly and add to blender jar with herbs, add a good dash
of double cream and blend. If needed to aid the blending add a little more cream until desired consistency is
obtained. Pour into a saucepan to heat through, season well and serve.
Milk Shakes
Milk shakes are so easy just add ice cream, favouring's and milk.
Use vanilla or flavoured ice creams to create your shake.
Add in your chosen flavourings this can be fruit, syrups, vanilla, coffee etc.
Sweeten to taste if required with sugar or honey and fill with milk and blend.
Reduce the quantity of milk to make a thicker shake.
