Maintenance Troubleshooting

The directions in the table below can be followed to solve simple problems with your
appliance before requesting service.
Problem
Microwave oven will not turn on
Microwave will not start a
programme
Turntable makes noises when
microwave oven operates

Possible Cause
Action
Unplug the power cord, wait
for 10 seconds and then plug
it again
Reset circuit breaker or
replace fuse
Plug another appliance into
the outlet to check if the
outlet is working
Ensure the door is securely
closed
Press 'Stop/Reset' to cancel
previous programme and
program microwave oven
again

Deactivate Child Lock by
pressing and holding for 3
seconds 'Stop/Reset'
