To set dehumidification mode

If your humidity control is setup to control
a whole-house dehumidifier, you set the
desired maximum humidity by pressing the
UP/DOWN Buttons.
This control includes a safety feature to
ensure the compressor in your dehumidifier
doesn't get damaged from turning on and
off too frequently.
If the humidity set point is flashing, it
means the control is waiting to turn on your
dehumidifier until a safe amount of time has
passed to avoid damaging the dehumidifier.
The humidity setpoint will flash if
the humidity control is waiting for
the dehumidifier protection time to
run out.
