B.2.7 Maintenance schedule
The following table gives a resume of the maintenance periods in normal conditions of use.
TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT
Check the electrolyte level in
the batteries and fi ll if neces-
sary (distilled water)
Check brake fl uid level. Top up
if necessary
Check tyre pressure (3.5 bars
max)
Check brake cables
Check for play in steering.
Adjust if necessary.
Check the steering column and
rack.
Cleaning and tightening of all
connections (cables and wires)
and lubricate connections
Check fl exible pipes and lines
on brake system (wear, crack-
ing and breaks)
Check front wheel bearings
Check axle oil level
Check tightness of all nuts
and bolts of motor, axle and
bodywork
Check motor brushes
Lubricate motor shaft
Change rear axle oil
