SOLUTION
Make sure plug from power cord fits tightly into wall
outlet.
Make sure there is power to outlet.
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. Do NOT increase
fuse capacity. Call qualified electrician to correct circuit
overload problem. Call local utility company to correct
power outage.
Drain bucket and replace correctly.
Increase humidistat setting by turning clockwise. This
will increase the amount of humidity pulled from the air.
Allow dehumidifier to cycle through the frost thawing
process. Normal operation will continue once frost has
been thawed and removed from coils. Do NOT remove
manually as damage may occur on the coils.
If humidity is present, increase humidistat setting by
turning clockwise. This will increase the amount of
humidity pulled from the air.
If dampness and odors have been eliminated,
dehumidifier is operating normally.
Normal.
Increase room temperature, if possible. Move away
from cold surfaces, such as outer walls or drafts.
Lower the humidistat setting by turning counter-
clockwise. Use lowest setting that controls dampness
and odors.
If humidistat setting is already at low, this could be the
problem. Unit needs to be serviced.
See Care and Cleaning.
Move dehumidifier to a better ventilated location.
Vacuum filter with a brush attachment. Order new filter
for replacement if necessary.
See Care and Cleaning.
Increase humidistat setting by turning clockwise. This

See Frost Build Up, above.
