16.5. Disassembly of VTR Mecha
Unit
· Follow the (Step 1) to (Step 2) of item 16.3
· Follow the (Step 1) to (Step 2) of item 16.4
Step 1 to 4: Remove 6 screws.
Step 5: Detach FFC (P4002, P2501).
Step 6: Disconnect the connector (P1531).
Step 7: Lift up the VTR Mecha Unit as arrow shown below.
Step 8: Detach the connector (P5001, P4001, P2571) carefully
when lift up the VTR Mecha Unit.
Caution of assembly the VTR Mecha Unit
1. Join the marking (
of "EJECT" (the center part of the terminal). (Figure 2)
2. Assembly the boss at the position switch to the rectangular
hole at the main gear. (Figure 1)
3. Slowly join back the VTR Mecha Unit to fit the position
setting boss (3 locations) on the Main unit.
4. Make sure the FFC insert to the connector (P5001).
