The SEEK BLOCK command causes the target to position the logical unit to the specified block address. Upon
completion, the logical position shall be after the specified location. Prior to performing the operation, the target shall
ensure that all buffered data, File-marks, and Set-marks have been transferred to the medium. This command
should be used in conjunction with the REQUEST BLOCK ADDRESS command.
Note: This command is similar in function to the SCSI-2 LOCATE command and is supported by the SDX-700C to
allow backward compatibility with QIC devices.
Immed: If the Immediate bit equals 0 then the SEEK BLOCK command will report completion status to the Initiator
after the entire operation is complete. If the Immediate bit is 1 then the drive will report "COMMAND COMPLETE" to
the Initiator upon acceptance of the command. Logical Block Address :The Block Address of the desired position.
