2.Check if VCAM_IOPMU VCC is 1.8V(C1011) . if not, check U0301, camera,

3.Check if VCAMA_PMU VCC is 2.8V(C1014) . if not, check U0301, camera,
U1001.
4.If All VCC is normal,check
R1001,C1017,L1002,L1004,L1005,C1001,C1002,C1003 and check RF
cable, ATV Antenna .
