1. Check if Battery VCC is normal. 3.7V ~4.2V (If not,check U0301,R0219)
2. Check if CPU Core VCC is normal. 1.0V-1.3V C0306,C0329（If not,
check U0301)
3. Check if DDR3 VCC is normal .1.5V C0426 (if not,check U0401)
4. Check if VDDIO is normal. 1.8V C0330（If not, check U0301)
5. Check If VMC_6575 is normal. 3.3V C0428（If not, check U0301,U0404)
