Regulations
Make the power supply connection and
implement all earthing measures (i.e.
RCD circuit) in accordance with
IEC 60364-4-41, the requirements of
your local power supply utility, VDE or
national regulations.
Protect the power cable to the control
unit with an appropriate fuse/MCB.
Main isolator requirements
For combustion equipment to DIN VDE
0116, the main isolator installed on site
must comply with the requirements of
DIN-VDE 0116 "section 6" [or local reg-
ulations].
Fit the main isolator outside the installa-
tion room; it must be able to separate
all non-earthed conductors simultane-
ously with a gap of 3 mm at least.
Recommended power cable
Three-core cable selected from the fol-
lowing options:
■ H05VV-F3G 1.5 mm
