Can I Solve This Problem?
Reason: The network condition or signal reception is poor.
Solution: Try again later.

After the editing, touch Send.
The message is denied by the network (MMS center).
Reason: The network side is too busy to process the MMS.
Solution: Try again later.

Reason 2: The multimedia message exceeds 300 KB.
Solution: Delete some contents from the multimedia message to make sure that it is
