Oil level and oil maintenance
 Before plugging the unit into the mains power supply, always ensure the oil reached between the
Minimum and Maximum marking on the inside of the tank. Failure to fill the unit correctly, lard or
olive oil in this appliance as these ingredients are not conducive to deep frying.
 NOTE: It is recommended that re-used oil be strained to remove any remaining food particles.
