The phone lock helps protect your phone against unauthorized
use. By default, this feature is disabled. If you enable phone
lock, you will be prompted to enter a phone lock code each time
you power on your phone.
The default phone lock code is 000000, and can be modified to
a number containing 6 to 8 digits.
PIN and PUK
The PIN can protect your USIM card against unauthorized use,
while the PUK is used to unlock a blocked USIM card. If you
enter incorrect PINs consecutively for specified times, the
USIM card is blocked. In this case, you will need to enter the
PUK to unblock it. The PIN and the PUK are provided with your
USIM card. For details, contact your service provider.

Keypad lock

In standby mode, press and hold the * key to lock the keypad. If
the keypad is locked, you can only dial emergency numbers
and answer incoming calls.
In standby mode, press the left function key and then the right
function key to unlock the keypad.
