you turn on this product. If you shoot images before the product acquires the location
information, the information is not recorded on the images. To record a correct location
information, first make sure the product receives the GPS signal, then shoot the images.
Check whether the location information has been recorded by displaying latitude and
longitude on the playback screen after shooting.
While searching for satellites and triangulating, do not put your finger over the Wi-Fi
sensor (built-in). This may decrease the receiver sensitivity, making it difficult or
impossible to triangulate your location.
During take off and landing of an airplane, set [Airplane Mode] to [On].
Use GPS in accordance with the regulations of the countries or regions where you use
the product.

GPS Auto Time Cor. (DSC-HX90V)
The product acquires the time information using GPS while the product is turned on, and the
information is used for maintaining the accurate time setting. The product adjusts the time
setting when it is turned off.

On:
Uses GPS auto time correction.
Off:
Does not use GPS auto time correction.
Note
[GPS Auto Time Cor.] is not available when [GPS On/Off] is set to [Off].
Before using the [GPS Auto Time Cor.] function, set [Date/Time Setup].
The corrected time may differ from the actual time for a few seconds.
[GPS Auto Time Cor.] may not activate correctly in some areas.
