The player will not play my music file.
 Ensure that the file is in a compatible format.
 The file may be copy-protected and you no
longer have authorization to play this file. If you
feel this is in error, please contact the service
from which you downloaded the file.
The player has malfunctioned.
 Try resetting your player (remove and replace
the battery).
