Please pay attention to the VPI and VCI or the local ISP. In configuration, we can not add two groups with the same VCI and VPI parameters.

The ‘”ADSL2+LINK”indicator should be indicated as ON. Or, the indicator would be blinking. Blinking indicates line error or error in connector. Please connect the lines again or contact your local ISP.

For ADSL2+, the efficient distance between the telephone and CPE is within 6.5 kilometers. So, please kindly take this point into account. To make sure of the communication quality, it’s better to keep the distance within 3 kilometers.
