13.18 Can I take calls on my watch when the phone paired
with my watch is connected to a Bluetooth headset or
speaker?
Yes, but you will need to manually configure your phone to stream phone audio to your
watch.
On your phone, touch Settings > Bluetooth. Select your watch from the list of paired devices,
and then turn on the Phone audio switch.
There is currently no mobile phone which supports multiple Bluetooth audio connections.

13.19 Why is the in-call volume so low?

To adjust the in-call volume, swipe up from the bottom of the call screen and select Volume
in Call options.
You may struggle to hear the other party if you are in a noisy environment.
The call volume on your watch has been set at a level which is audible when the watch is
close to your ear, but not so loud that it might disturb others or compromise your privacy.
If you are unable to hear the other party clearly even in a quiet environment, follow the steps
below:
1.
Check your surrounding: In ideal conditions with no interference, the Bluetooth range
is approximately 10 m. When using your watch to make or receive a call, ensure that
your watch stays close to your phone (approx. 1 m).
