is the right source for genuine
BMW parts and accessories,
other products approved by
BMW and the related qualified
advice.
BMW has tested the safety,
operation and suitability of
these parts and products.
BMW assumes the responsi-
bility for these products. On
the other hand, BMW can
assume no liability for unap-
proved parts or accessory
products of any kind.
BMW cannot evaluate
whether every product of
other manufacturers is suit-
able for use on BMW motorcy-
cles without presenting a safe-
ty risk. Nor is this guarantee
provided when the official
approval of a specific country
has been granted. Tests
conducted in these instances
cannot make provision for all
operating conditions experi-
enced by BMW motorcycles
and, consequently, they are
not sufficient in some
circumstances.
