OPERATION
"Locking" the temperature
setting
1 Switch the appliance on by
touching the sensor button
approx. 1 second.
– The display
blue.
2 "Slide" over the sensor button
symbols to set the temperature.
To the right »–« the temperature
is reduced in 10 °C increments,
to the left »+« the temperature is
increased in 10 °C increments.
The set temperature level is
locked automatically, and the
temperature cannot be altered
during use.
– In the display, the »D« symbol
appears next to the tempera-
ture.
3 To "unlock" the temperature,
press the sensor button »–«
(LOCK) for a few seconds.
– In the display, the »D« symbol
disappears.
4 After unlocking the temperature,
a new temperature level can be
selected, or the appliance can
be switched off using the sensor
button .

Styling options

The special temperature settings
make this appliance suitable for all

Using your hair styler, you can:
Straighten hair.

Straightening hair

Make sure your hair is completely
dry.
Caution
The housing of the appliance be-

comes very hot near the heating
plates. Do not touch the housing
near the heating plates.
Place the appliance on the heat-

resistant styling mat.
