DISASSEMBLY- AND RE-ASSEMBLY ADVISE
• To open the appliance, first remove the bucket by
pushing the dislock-button and lifting the bucket straight
upwards, and remove the Exhaust grille and filter.
• To disassemble the Upper housing:
Remove the CW Button and On/off button by using a
screwdriver to push the buttons upwards, in this way the
clicknocks can be loosened. (see picture)
• Remove the 6 screws (B), two are positioned under the
buttons. (see exploded view on page 6-9)
• To remove the Uppperhousing:
Place one hand on the handle and the other hand in the
bottom of the Dustchamber, now simultaneously pull
on the handle and push at the bottom to separate the
upperhousing from the appliance. (see picture)
• Disconnect the connector from the potmeter PCBA
(18).
• To remove the Turning knob (11) & Potmeter
PCBA (18):
Turn the Upper housing upside down and remove the 2
screws (C). The Potmeter PCBA can now be removed
and replaced.
• Turning knob (11) can be pushed to the outside with a
screwdriver.
• The Cordwinder can be removed by pulling it in upwards
direction, the Cordwinder can replaced by placing it back
in the opposite direction.
• To remove the Motor housing:
Remove the 2 screws (D) and unclick the clicknocks
with a screwdriver. Start with the left clicknock. (see
picture)
• To re-assemble the Motor housing:
Lead the wires in the correct way and click the knocks in
place.
Remark: To replace the Motor housing in the Lower housing
it is advisable to use a magnetic screwdriver, otherwise the
appliance should be laid on its side.
