Condition
Engine does not stop
Engine stops when throttle is

Cause
Stop switch failure
Idle speed is too low
Idle speed is too high
Throttle wire is too taut
Remedy
Set the choke lever to START position to
stop the engine
Cease use immediately and contact Hitachi
