Troubleshooting

If your RONDA
20 does not collect the material in a satisfactory way, it may be due to several things:
®
The suction hose, tube or nozzle may be blocked.
 Remove the suction hose while the motor is running. If the sound of the motor changes, it indicates that the
suction hose, tube or nozzle is blocked.
 Remove the blocking.
The filter bag may be filled.
 Cut off the electricity supply to the vacuum cleaner.
 Lift off the motor top.
 Change the filter bag as described in the chapter "Change of Filter bag".
The HEPA-filter may be blocked.
 Lift off the motor top.
 Screw out the mounting bolt and remove the blocked filter.
 Mount the new HEPA-filter.
