7. DISASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
-OVEN
MUST
BE DISCONNECTED
FROM
ELECfRICAL
OUTLET WHEN MAKING
REPLACEMENT,
REPAIRS, ADJUSTMENT
AND
CONTINUITY
CHECKS BEFORE PROCEEDING
WITH ANY REPAIR WbRKS
AFTER DIS -
CONNECTING.
WAIT AT LEAST 1 MINUTES,
UNTIL THE CAPACITOR
IN THE HIGH VOLTAGE
AREA HAS FULLY DISCHARGED.
- WHEN REPLACING
ANY DOOR MICROSWITCH,
REPLACE
WITH THE-SAME TYPE SWITCH
SPECIFIED
ON THE PARTS LIST.
A. REMOVING
INTERLOCK
MONITOR SWITCHES

(1) Disconnect all lead wires from the interlock
monitor switches.
(2) Remove 1 screw securing the interlock monitor
switches.
(3) Make necessaIy
adjustment. and make

energy leakage check according to

DOOR SENSING SWITCH
(See Figure 1 on page 1)
(1) Disconnect all lead wires from the interlock
monitor switches and door sensing switch.
(2) Remove 2 screws the lever stopper.
(3) Remove 2 screws and nuts from the door
sensing switch.
(4) Make necessary adjustment, and make
microwave
energy leakage check according to
"1. ADJUSTMENT
PROCEDURES"on
page 1,
after it is replaced with new one, and check
proper operation of it according to "CHECK-
OUT PROCEDURE
FOR SWITCHES"
on
page 6.
