Administrator only. To check your Windows User Account,
please follow the instructions below:

4. Open Administrative Tools.
5. Open Computer Management.
6. If your account is a "Limited Account," please change your
account status by clicking on "Change Account Type;" then
choose "Computer Administrator" to change your account
status and priviledges available to you. After you have
completed the account status change, you may log in again.
