My computer cannot locate the USB Device.
Q1:
1.Verify the connection of the USB cable from the
A1:
DrumXtreme to your computer USB port
2. Inspect device installation in Game Controllers:
3. Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel
4. In the Control Panel, double-click on Game Controllers
5.If Game Controllers is displaying the USB Human Interface
Device your computer has successfully found the drum device,
otherwise, please unplug and plug in the USB cable again
