TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
1. Power switch is off.
2. Fuse has burned out.
3. Battery is undercharged or
drained.
1. Battery is undercharged.
2. Check the throttle cable.
1. The battery wire is loose.
2. Fuse is burned out.
3. Lead wire of the battery is
broken.
1. Tires have resistance.
2. Failure of the charger.
3. Failure of the controller.
4. The battery is aged or
damaged.
5. Other factors, low
temperature, heavy wind,
the condition of the road
surface, overweight or
overuse of brake.
1. The charging socket is
loose.
2. Fuse is burned out.
3. The lead wire of the battery
has poor connection.

Solution
Check and/or
replace with 20
amp fuse. Charge
or replace the
battery
1. Fully charge
the battery.
2. Tighten
throttle cable.
Repair and
reconnect;
Replace the blown
fuse. Reconnect.
Lubricate wheels.
Repair the
charger. Change
the controller.
Change the
battery.
Tighten the
connection
socket. Change
the blown fuse.
Reconnect.
