If an error code appears on the digital display, refer to the following chart for the reason, and a possible remedy for the situation.

Abnormal operation: by-pass valve

Abnormal operation: fan
A3 Abnormal operation: data communication
A4 Overheating of heat exchanger
A5 Overheating
A6 Ignition error
A7 Abnormal operation: gas valve relay
A8 Abnormal operation: gas valve
A9 Exhaust temperature overheating
AA Abnormal operation: inlet water sensor
AB Abnormal operation: heat exchanger temperature sensor
AC Abnormal operation: hot water temperature sensor
AD Clog of condensate trap or no water in condensate trap
AE Blockage of flue Pipe
AF
Low Water Cut Off Switch error
