Page 6 STEP 2: Plug it in Plug your Hand Blender’s power adapter into a power outlet. STEP 3: Lower and Select Function Lower the Hand Blender into the bowl, then press and hold the Low Speed Button or Turbo button to start blending. You can also adjust the selected speed through its Speed Control Dial by turning it clockwise or counter clockwise.
