Record Operation Procedures

Record your own voice / music mix to SD Card / USB Flash
1. Load Disc, SD Card or USB Flash Drive.
2. Select song title from the song list.
3. Press PLAY. Music will start.
4. Press RECORD/STOP. Music will start over in record mode.
5. Sing and record your song.
6. When finished, press RECORD/STOP to stop Recording.
For Best Recordings
1. Set Microphone Volume(s) to 70% or higher. The higher the Microphone Volume(s),
the louder the singer's voice will be on the recording.
2. Set the Master Volume to whatever is comfortable, or less.
3. This unit supports recording on these formats: MP3, MP3G, CD, CDG.
4. Recording will not work with DVD's or auxiliary devices connected to the AUX-IN jacks.
5. SD Cards and USB Flash Drives should be formatted to FAT32 on your computer before
inserting into machine.
6. Recording will record to SD Card or USB Drives, not discs.
7. If SD Card and USB Flash Drive are both installed, the default recording will go on the USB
Flash Drive, regardless of the music source.
8. If it's necessary to have the recording on the SD Card, remove the USB Flash Drive.
9. To clean out old recordings, insert SD Card or USB Flash in your computer and delete
selected files.
When recording, the screen shows the below:
A.In MP3G mode

4.Prss "RECORD PLAYBACK"to listen the song you just recorded.
Note:
USB Flash Drives and SD Cards should be formatted to FAT32 on your computer before use.
Not all USB Flash Drives are created equal. Some USB Flash Drives may not work properly
with this machine. Please try a different brand if you have recording problem. Most SD Cards
work well with this machine. DVD format discs do not support Recording function.
