Installation

Mechanical installation

Please refer to the Safety information manual.
See fig.5.
1.
Remove side panels from hydronic module and 2 zone
kit

Insert the provided screws at the bottom of the hydronic
module (see fig.5.a); leave a gap between the head of
the screw and the metal bracket

Position the 2 zone kit so that the screws enter in the
slots (fig. 5.b)

Water connections

Please refer to the Safety Information manual.
A counter spanner is not needed when tightening
hydronic connections to the module.
To avoid bacteria and dirt proliferation in the circuit, use
water treatment mixed water.
Place valves (not included) at the inlet and outlet of the
2 zone kit
Use pipe 1" or bigger for connections between the 2 zone
kit and terminal.

Pump speed selection

The pump provided with the module has 3 speeds.
The installer selects the speed of the module pump in order
to guarantee the target flow rate (± 20 %) in the space
heating /cooling loop, knowing the available pressure of

Please refer to the Safety Information manual and to the
electrical scheme supplied with the unit.
Electrical installation must be according to fig. 8.

To prevent any risk, the power cable must only be replaced
by the technicians of the after-sales service (type Y
attachment).

Slide the 2 zone kit (fig. 5.c)

Tighten the screws

Fix the 2 zone kit to the wall (see fig. 2, item C).
Note: hydronic module pipes and cables run between the
wall (fig.2, item B) and the 2 zone kit back plate (see fig.2,
space A).
Wrap connections with anti-condensate insulation and
tighten with tape, without exerting excessive pressure on
the insulation.
When all the installation connections are complete, start
water filling.
