Use the chart below to verify that all parts have been shipped.

Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine
from the normal operating position.

1. Installing the Handle

Folding or unfolding the handle improperly can
damage the cables, causing an unsafe operating
condition.
Do not damage the cables when folding or
unfolding the handle.
If a cable is damaged, contact an Authorized
Service Dealer.

Fill the crankcase with oil.
1. Slip the cable anchor onto the left lower handle end
(Figure 3).

2. Install the left lower handle end and cable anchor onto
the pin on the left handle bracket (Figure 4).
