    Installing the Steering Wheel 1. Remove the filler caps from the battery and slowly fill each cell until electrolyte is up to the fill line. 1. Move the front wheel so that it points straight ahead. 2. Replace the filler caps and connect a 3 to 4 amp. battery charger to the battery posts.
