Repeat steps 1 and 2 in "To transfer or 'rip' music from your CD collection"

Click the Browse Documents

Locate your data files, and using the drag-and-drop method, transfer them

to the Data folder in your player.

To transfer ZENcast audio files
With ZENcast Organizer, you can transfer ZENcast audio podcasts to your
player and subscribe to your favorite ZENcast channels. For updated
information about your player's support for ZENcast media files, visit
www.zencast.com.
Double-click the ZENcast Organizer icon

Click the Transfer button

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Documents button.
Use your player's Removable Disk mode if you need to transfer
and manage data between your player and computers that do not
