Place chicken breast side up in microproof roasting rack.
Turn over at pause.
Cover warm areas with aluminium foil.
Giblets may still be frozen but chicken will be thawed.
Immerse in cold water.
Use a microproof roasting rack.
Separate pieces and rearrange at pause.
Turn over.
Cover warm areas with aluminium foil.
Place hens breast side up in microproof roasting rack.
